Those who never challenge the system never transform it.

Healthcare is at a crossroads. Costs continue to rise, access remains uneven, and too many communities still face preventable barriers to care. Solving these challenges won’t come from doing things the way we always have. It will take bold leadership—leaders willing to question outdated systems, rethink entrenched processes, and champion big ideas that make care more affordable, more accessible, and more equitable for everyone.

I believe the future of healthcare belongs to innovators who combine analytical rigor with human-centered decision making. Leaders who aren’t afraid to redesign workflows, leverage data intelligently, and push organizations toward smarter, more efficient, patient-focused models. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by this mindset: challenging norms, elevating quality, and finding solutions that improve both clinical and financial outcomes.

My drive to improve patient care has shaped every step of my professional journey. From first pursuing my PharmD to obtaining my Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy, I have always wanted to understand healthcare at a deeper level and find new ways to help patients through smarter systems, better data, and more thoughtful policy. It was that same desire to make a meaningful impact on my community that led me to step into the arena of politics seek public office. At every stage, I’ve been motivated by one question: How can we build a healthcare system that truly works for the people it’s meant to serve?

I believe we can create models of care that reach underserved patients and strengthen the financial health of the organizations that serve them. Innovation and compassion are not opposing forces but complementary ones that when harnessed correctly together can cause an even greater impact. With the right leadership, we can design solutions that expand access, enhance clinical quality, streamline operations, and remain sustainably profitable.

My professional philosophy is grounded in an old truth: “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.” I prepare relentlessly—for new challenges, new responsibilities, and new chances to make an impact. When the next opportunity comes to transform my community through bold ideas and new ways of thinking, I’ll be ready.
